Our outdoor gymnasium or office builds are proving popular, particularly with more and more people working from home and unable to go to the local gym. Aside from the attractive appearance of the structure, there’s athletic advantages in choosing wood as the primary surface too.
Shock Absorption:
Unlike concrete or asphalt, wood flooring provides shock absorption which is crucial when an athlete impacts a surface. Shock absorption is what helps reduce injury for athletes by diverting enough force to the floor vs. the athlete’s joints and ligaments.
Easy Maintenance:
Wood flooring is easy to maintain and requires little upkeep once installed.
Working In Comfort:
If you intend to use the building as an outside office space you can do so in the comfort of a building that has been installed using quality components to give structural integrity.
Aesthetically pleasing and a smart looking addition to your garden
Both types of builds are constructed with all round year usage in mind.
An extra thick base and wall helps insulate the office for all year round use. We use double glazing which not only insulates but keeps outside noise to a minimum.

We aim to install our builds in one day but the extra build features involved with an office or gym requires up to 3 days.
